We are aware of the recent and ongoing strike action taking place across multiple UK postal services, and this greatly impacting our customer orders.
Whilst some parcels sent with Royal Mail are arriving on time, many others are unfortunately still being affected; either directly or as a knock-on effect from the backlog of previous strike action.

For parcels already dispatched and tracking information showing 'Sender despatching item', your order has been handed over by our UK despatch team. The delays lie with the parcels being processed in Royal Mail’s depots, and the tracking not yet reflecting any updates or scans.

We have had reports from multiple customers with this same issue. Unfortunately, at this moment, there is nothing more we can do other than wait for Royal Mail to work through the backlog.
We are confident that orders will still arrive before Christmas, however we recommend to keep a close eye on your tracking link provided, for any updates.

Please note we cannot cancel or amend orders that have already been dispatched.
